The hat and lines on the garment bear striking similiraties with this French engraving?

The stylized drawing technique of this Anonymous undated portrait could be a modern remake (20th century?) after the French one and not a "Medieval portait" as stated in the website where this picture was found. Its drawing and engraving techniques seem rather different from the other dated Ptolemy's engravings of the Renaissance (15th and 16th century). Le caractère fortement stylisé du dessin de ce portrait non daté pourrait être une réinterprétation (XXe siècle ?) de la gravure française ci-dessus et non un portrait médiéval tel que stipulé sur le site web d'où provient cette image. Ses techniques de dessin et de gravure semblent très différentes des autres portraits gravés de Ptolémée datant de la Renaissance (XVe et XVIe siècles). See also Imaged Index
